Fees & inclusions

To assist in your planning and registration, please note the registration fees detailed below. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

All delegates are required to register. Fees are waived for invited speakers — please apply the discount code when you register.

Registration entitlements

Full registration includes:

Payment methods

All prices are in Australian Dollars. Payment must accompany your registration. Conference registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. The following methods of payment are available when you register:

Credit Card Payment

VISA, MasterCard, Google Pay and AliPay are available for your conference registration. Please note the payment will appear on your credit card statement as Monash University.

B
By invoice

Available for attendees from institutions external to Monash University. An invoice will be issued to your organisation for payment via bank transfer. Please ensure your billing details are accurate at registration.

C
Monash University staff cost centre and fund

Please include the description "Delegate Full Name QLIME2026" in your payment. Note this option is only available if you sign in with your Monash staff ID when prompted.

Insurance

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide such insurance coverage, and the Organising Committee accepts no responsibility for any loss in this regard.

Privacy and disclaimer

In the process of registering online for QLIME 2026, the Conference Organising Committee will collect personal information from delegates, which may include name, contact details, address, payment details, telephone numbers, special needs, etc. This information is only collected to assist in undertaking the services and functions associated with the planning and delivery of the QLIME conference. In keeping with the provisions of the National Privacy Act, we are committed to the secure protection of the privacy of this personal information received during the ordinary course of business.

Delegates will be asked permission to share specific personal information with fellow delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors. By submitting registration, delegates acknowledge and consent that during their attendance at QLIME 2026 their image or voice may be recorded by an officer or official of QLIME or an approved contractor, which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the QLIME Conference Organising Committee. If a delegate does not wish to be recorded, they must formally advise the Conference Secretariat.
